We provide a full range of photography services, from headshots to weddings and events. Our photographers have shot Emmy-award nominated shows, concerts, weddings and engagements, professional actors’ headshots and more.
Can I book a multi-day event?

How are photographs delivered, and when?
We deliver our photography digitally via ShootProof. You can typically expect proofs within 2-3 working days of the shoot, depending on the size of the session. You will have access to all your files, to keep, share and enjoy forever.
Videography is also delivered digitally.
How much does it cost?
What editing is included in my booking?
Our bookings include basic editing based on your directions at booking and ultimately to the photographer’s and ProPhotoGo’s discretion. Basic editing means the photographs we deliver will be considered ready for release and a representation of our brand without further direction or manipulation. The initial booking fee covers the cost of the photography session and our first round of editing, and no further editing to delivered photography. Requests for additional editing to the photography delivered will be quoted at a competitive hourly rate, based on the complexity of edits and number of images under consideration.
What about RAW / original / unedited files?
We do not release RAW / original / unedited files to our clients under any circumstance. Our photography is an extension of our brand and our photographers’ talent, and the edited photography we deliver represents the whole of our work.
If the photos delivered require additional editing to your specifications, we will work with you to adjust and edit photographs as needed. Your satisfaction is our aim. Additional editing requests beyond what we deliver will be quoted at a competitive hourly rate.
What if I need to cancel?
Up to 48 hours before the booking, you may cancel and receive a refund less a 20% booking fee against the cost of your booking. Within 48 hours of the booking, you may cancel and receive 50% against the cost of your booking.
What if my photographer or videographer cancels?
If the photographer or videographer cancels for whatsoever reason and we are unable to provide a replacement, we will work with you to reschedule. If necessary, we will refund your booking in the case of unavailability for an event that is time-sensitive, less a $25 booking fee.
What about weather or other events?
If weather or another natural event occurs preventing the booking, we will work with you to reschedule. No refunds are available for bookings disrupted by weather or other events.
What if I book a session within 24 hours?
If you book a session within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee coverage. We will refund the price of your booking less a $25 administrative fee. If you have an urgent booking, please contact us via our support form and we will attempt to accommodate you.
What if I book a session outside your service area?
If your booking falls outside of our service area, generally within ten miles of the major metropolitan areas where we have coverage, we will alert you ASAP and refund the price of your booking less a $25 administrative fee.
